                                            COVID-19 REOPENING PROTOCOL   

                                                 **By Appointment Only**

Prior to re-opening, our office has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and will be sanitized throughout the day. During our daily operations we will use DISINFECTANTS to clean all touch areas and all examination rooms will be thoroughly DISINFECTED between clients. The office will be professionally cleaned each evening as well. 

Upon entering our office non-medical FACE MASKS will be MANDATORY. A hand washing station and hand sanitizers are provided throughout the office. Please observe social distancing. Our staff will be wearing masks, gloves and possibly face shields. We have added protective shields at our front and back counters.

Due to the nature of our practice and the requirements of Provincial guidelines, we will be limiting the number of people in our office as well as the duration of the visit. All clients will be seen by appointment. We will endeavour to keep our bookings to about one half hour. We will encourage a no touch environment wherever possible. We have a protocol for enjoying the sampling of our eyeglass frames. Efforts will be made to maintain the 2 meter physical distancing recommendation with our clients. New first time contact lens patients are now welcome!

Clients will be reminded of these protocols during the booking of their appointment.

Felt unwell or had ANY of these symptoms:

Fever above 99.7F or 37.6C

Aches and pains

Dry cough

Shortness of breath

Sore throat

Runny nose

Diarrhea
